Winemaker's Comments
This is a unique style of Prosecco that finishes its fermentation in bottle, leaving a light natural yeast deposit. You can gently mix it back into the wine by rolling the bottle softly on its side before serving. 

It’s a richer take on the theme with aromas of pear soufflé and baked apples with spring flowers. 

The winemaking style delivers a natural balance with bold and tangy fruit flavours, a bit like biting into a big ripe apple, then a little sizzle of lemon sorbet to finish.
